How does this work?

Veterans

If the total amount of your purchases on the Bits of War store exceeds 500 €, you'll be promoted to Veteran.

As a Veteran, you get an additional 5% discount on all Kromlech products (cumulative with any vouchers).

Loyalty points

For every 1.00 € spent in our webstore, you receive one loyalty point. 

You can accumulate as many points as you wish, and they may be converted into discount vouchers at any time. For every loyalty point converted, you will receive 0.05€.

To check how many points you have accumulated or convert points to discount vouchers, go to the "My Account" page and then access "Loyalty points". You can also check the Reward tab in your left lower corner once you are logged in.

You can use the voucher on any order over 25 €.

Take note that you must be logged in to your account to receive any loyalty points. If you make an order as a guest, all points from that order will be lost.

Affiliate Program

A customer that registers for the Affiliate programs receives a link associated with their account and 5% discount voucher to share with other clients.

Affiliates earn store credit via loyalty points when a registered customer (from a different accountant than an affiliate one) completes a purchase through our webstore after following an affiliate link or using the affiliates voucher code. To gain this benefit, the order must be completed; this means the order has shipped. At this point, the referral will be accepted by our system.

After the points are accepted, they are in the Affiliate Program and Loyalty Points tabs in the Points subsection. There you will be able to convert the points into a voucher. The Conversion value present's the amount on the gift voucher in EUR (€).

During the registration, a customer may apply for a PayPal withdrawal program where they can convert the points into a PayPal money transfer. Only chosen customers will be accepted into this program based on the company's review of accounts that applied for the withdrawal program.

After being accepted, in your account will appear a second option to convert the value of points into a PayPal transfer. Once you click the button, we will receive a notification with your withdrawal amount, which we will transfer to your PayPal account. Payouts are made at the end of every month for the previous month. 

Loyalty points acquired through Affiliate Program are cumulative with those earned in the Loyalty Points Program. Affiliates must click the button to convert the points to vouchers or PayPal transfer. This action cannot be reversed, and all points are converted at once. 

Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Terms of Use are in addition to our regular Terms and Conditions. These are designed to protect ourselves and affiliates from illicit behavior and abuse of the system. Don't hesitate to contact us before completing your application if you are unsure of these Terms & Conditions. These terms & conditions may change, so you are encouraged to check through them regularly.

Registration

1.1 Any individual may apply to be a Kromlech Affiliate through the affiliate registration form. We reserve the right to reject any application without giving any reason publicly if this would cause potential damage to Kromlech company, its staff, or customers.

1.2 Applicants must not have an existing affiliate account with Bits of War.

1.3 Upon approval, affiliates will begin earning referral rewards. Until approved, these will not be accumulated.

1.4 Kromlech reserves the right to retract any account's status as an affiliate at any time. In the event of fraud or illegal, immoral, or otherwise harmful activities, this may result in payouts being reduced or canceled.

1.5 Users who apply for the PayPal withdrawal program and are accepted will be contacted within seven days of their acceptance to verify their PayPal email. 

1.6 Users that applied for the PayPal program but applications were rejected will return to the standard screen of the Affiliate Program.

Referrals & Payouts

2.1 Referrals are created through an affiliate's customers following an appropriate link or using the voucher code associated with the affiliate account. 

2.2 It is the affiliate s sole responsibility to ensure the link and the voucher code they share are correct. Using the incorrect link or voucher code may result in no payout or the payout being associated with another affiliate.

2.3 Loyalty points acquired through Affiliate Program are cumulative with those earned in the Loyalty Points Program.

2.4 Referrals without purchase or with a purchase of zero value are not eligible for payout.

2.5 Upon completing a transaction through our website, Affiliates will see an increase in the number of points in their Affiliate Program dashboard.

2.6 Orders which are canceled, returned, or still in a preparation state will not be eligible for payout until the customer process has been completed.

2.7 Referal rates are offered at 5%.

2.8 Conversions are presented in EUR (€)

2.9 Payouts can be made in the form of Loyalty Points – this is a direct payout granting credit to your affiliate account for use in our webstore. These can be done anytime from the Loyalty Points or the Affiliate Program tab.

2.10 Eligible users will be able to have a PayPal payout

2.11 PayPal payouts will be processed in bulk based on all completed orders/referrals at the end of the month.

2.12 Affiliates must click the button to convert the points to a loyalty points voucher or a PayPal transfer. This action cannot be reversed. 

2.13 All points are converted once the button is clicked, and the customer can start accumulating them anew. 

2.14 The amount of converted points is always total and cannot be split.

Affiliate responsibility

3.1 It is the affiliate's responsibility to ensure all details (including payment details and options) are up-to-date and accurate. Failure to do so may result in delays or errors in payouts.

3.2 The affiliate must not cause damage to the reputation of Kromlech while a member of the program. Any interactions which cause damage to the reputation of Kromlech company will be viewed as intentional and result in the status of "affiliate" being suspended.

3.3 The affiliate is expected to take all reasonable steps to protect the source of their link (i.e., blog, tutorials, or forum) from malicious activity that may harm Kromlech company, its staff, or customers. Failure to do so will result in the affiliate's account being suspended.

3.4 In the event of a dispute, affiliates are expected to contact Kromlech's representative to discuss the matter. We will do everything possible to resolve the issue amicably and to the agreement of all parties.

3.5 The affiliate will not attempt to defraud or deceive Kromlech or any customer, affiliate, or staff member of the company.
